If you want to heal your anxiety naturally there’s a few things you need to know.
I hear the phrase, “raise your vibration”, tossed around a lot, do you?
And sometimes I think that people don’t really understand what they’re saying, or what it really means. I’ve also found that there seems to be a lot of judgement around the concept of vibration in spiritual community and circles.
So let’s get a little clarity about what I mean when I use the word “high vibration” and how you can raise yours to heal anxiety naturally. As well as, panic attacks, stress, and depression.
Everything in the Universe is energy, so everything is a vibration. Whether you agree or not doesn’t change the Truth of this statement. Most people reading this blog will not dispute this fact.
So what does it mean to have a high vibration?
How can we continue to raise our energy and vibration while trying to heal anxiety, fear, and stress and attempt to stay grounded, centered and focused?
What not to do!
Far too often I find clients contact me for an medical intuitive and energy assessment and they have an over-abundance of mental energy swirling around in their head. And as a result of the monkey mind that is common with people who struggle with anxiety disorder, they are lacking physical energy in the lower part of their body.
For many highly sensitive people, (empaths), this is a very common problem. They exert a tremendous amount of mental energy trying to avoid feelings or fearful situations…which causes an energetic imbalance.
This opens us up to all sorts of health challenges and imbalances. Thyroid issues, digestive issues, grief, sadness, and depression to name a few.
Healing anxiety naturally and these other ailments can be quick and simple when you focus your attention on overall vibration and energy management.
How to Increase Your Energy…
Vibration = energy. And energy will be determined by where you put your attention!
Simply put, if you want to heal anxiety naturally and live with a higher level of energy and health, you have to put your focus on changing what you think about.
Most people with anxiety have a learned energy pattern that was unknowingly created in childhood.
It served you at the time, but now, it doesn’t. The problem is, energy follows the path of least resistance and it will always gravitate to what the usual pattern has been.
The one you created with your thoughts and fear beliefs.
I wish I could tell you that there is a pill to change it all. There isn’t!
That’s why so many people take the medications, but the anxiety never really goes away. The medication does NOTHING to change the energy pattern. And so the internal vibration stays the same.
You can healing anxiety naturally and even quickly. Yet, until you learn to change the energy pattern…we will function from a lower energy vibration.
In the process of surrendering to your true self and “Spirit within”…. you will have more and more opportunities to choose to raise your energy vibrations to accelerate the process.
When I first started on my healing path, I was like a deer in the headlights, and I didn’t understand much. I held a lot of confusion and fear in my mind and my body.
Because I had learned to cut myself off from my body and my feelings…
I used pot, cigarettes, and alcohol to keep myself numb from the energy… and separate from all that was possible for me. Severe anxiety became my normal state of living.
As I surrendered to other possibilities and my energy began to change, I began let go of those addictions. I faced the things that were buried and as a result my anxiety and depression were healed. It didn’t mean I was a “bad” person when I had the low energy vibration of addictions….it just meant that I hadn’t evolved in my awareness of my own ability to control my body, mind, and energy vibrations.
Vibrations can be very heavy and dense…..or they can be diffuse and light.
A rock, though it appears solid to our 5 senses…is a mass of moving cells…albeit, a dense vibration of cells. A plant, say, a daisy…obviously has a completely different frequency. Both can be measured by science and quantum physics.
Your heart cells carry a particular frequency, one that is different than the frequency of the largest organ of your body, your skin.
While we don’t have a tendency to sit around wondering about the frequency of everything we encounter during the course of our day, we really should.
Because it would make us better skilled at raising our own vibration. The more things we ingest and practice that hold the similar vibration of health and nature…the quicker our energy vibration matches that of health and well-being. This includes our thoughts!

1. Get out of your head
Learn to understand that most of what you worry about and think about, day in and day out, will never come to pass and it pulls you away from the present moment of living. If your mental energy is focused on what you did wrong in the past or what might go wrong in the future…there is little energy left over for your body to enjoy right now.
This causes a block, congestion, and stagnation of your energy and ultimately causes either anxiety or depression from due to energy imbalances.
There are many ways to prevent mental overload……find one, practice it, and stick with it! My two favorites are mantras and the Love Meditation
It’s not a “one time” deal. When you learn to get out of your head, you can spend more time in your heart, in the present moment and that raises your vibration. Like attracts like.
2. Essential oils
Pure grade essential oils are the essence of plant life. They are the divine vibration of Mother Earth, of sunlight, of fourth dimensional frequencies that are pure God Source. When you use essential oils you become the frequency and vibration of the plant’s life force.
They don’t just smell good…they can completely change your vibration to health and well-being. They can calm your mind and body.
I put them in my water bottle. I put them on in the shower, I put them on my feet, I diffuse them in my house. There isn’t a day goes by that I don’t use essential oils.
Your body and mind recognize plants as being a positive energy. Give it what it recognizes and wants and it will create peace, calm, and healing. Of course, get the best quality essential oils you can, and make sure they are pure oils and not perfumed “fragrance”.

3. Crystals
They hold the frequency of Mother Earth!
And depending on where they come from they can provide a feeling of being in nature that is soothing and grounding for those struggling with anxiety, fear, panic attacks, or stress.
I know, it seems far-fetched. But bear in mind how old the earth is and the millions of elements of earth, wind, water, and fire– that have come together to form the structure of the earth. There are crystals that come from some of the most sacred spots on Earth…that hold ions of energy and love from Source.
Crystals are a dense conglomeration of minerals formed in the Earth. They hold spectacular energies that are similar to our body. Remember that our bodies need minerals. Things like calcium, iron, potassium. They are all found in crystals.
Let me be clear, I don’t believe that you can just put a crystal in your pocket and everything will be”fixed” But in the moment, in the short term, there are several crystals that can help diffuse the build up of energy that is experienced with anxiety.
4. Acupuncture
Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, it seems difficult to let energy and emotions pass through us without closing down our heart and putting up our defenses.
Sadly, this is what many women, (and sensitive empaths and introverts), learn to do…
They become overly fearful and protective in an attempt to control life. The truth is…when you learn to manage your energy, body, and mind, the more you’ll feel safe and trust yourself and life. Yes, it is true!
But in the meantime, it’s important to get assistance to remove stagnant energy and trapped emotions from your body
Acupuncture is an effective ways to do this because it works on the central nervous system…quickly redirecting and restoring proper flow of prana and chi.
5. Breathwork
This life you are living, it began with your first breath, and it will end with your last breath out of your physical body. And so it goes…..all of “Life” is carried in and on your breath. When you learn to embrace the magnitude of this Truth, you will find great joy in becoming more aware of your breath and breathing.
I teach many of my clients to do various breathing exercises. Nearly all the students in my Unlock The Missing Piece course who start out overwhelmed by anxiety, stop taking Xanax after implementing the breathing techniques I teach them. (In as little as 4 weeks.)
It is a choice. Yes, the easy way out would be to continue taking the medication.
No judgement in that. But a person desiring to finally heal anxiety naturally, by changing their energy vibration, can choose to practice breathing techniques and be empowered to heal themselves permanently. Once and for all.
