What I dumped in 2018 and why it was critical for your success.
Yup, I’ve been exceptionally quiet lately…not doing a lot of writing or live streams since late November 2018.
Folks who subscribe to my newsletter haven’t heard from me in quite some time.
At first I started to panic about that. Even though I consider myself to be a former people-pleaser…
Remnants of guilt still pass through my energy field when I feel like I’m letting people down.
But if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, I don’t write inspiring words when they’re initiated by “should” energy. “Should” is one of those words that sucks the life right outta me, so I quit using it.
Instead, I decided to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. I took the time I felt was necessary for me to move through some “stuff”. I realized I had a lot of things I wanted to clear up within myself and my work before I was willing to put anymore articles, emails, or videos into the world.
I won’t just put more noise out into an already noisy world just because some marketing “guru” tells me I need to “stay on schedule”.
I knew I was moving through a major life transition and I needed to process all the information. Sometimes we take baby steps to move out of the old places that no longer serve us. And sometimes we JUMP into a new frontier. Then we have to take a little time to let all the aspects of our new-self become integrated to our different reality.
I did the latter. I “jumped and dumped” all at once, in a big way.
(I’ve noticed as I get older, I’m more of a rip-the-band-aid-off-kinda-girl. Why drag it out?)
So what’s the big deal? What’s the big dump?
Here it is straight from the psychic medium’s mouth…
Because I am 100 % committed to helping people live vibrant, healthy, empowered and fulfilling lives, I will never, ever, offer or give another reading, of any kind, to anyone.
I can’t be a part of dis-empowering people in this way, and still profess that I am working in service to their healing and personal growth.
As a matter of fact, I’ll even go so far as to say that when you get a psychic reading you are giving away ALL of your internal power needed to actually create the life you desire. (FYI….I still see the value of a skilled medium connecting with loved ones who have passed to provide comfort to those still living.)
When you enlist the services of someone else to give you a reading about your career, relationships, life purpose, or cause of your ailments you are sending a clear message to your subconscious mind that you don’t trust yourself, your choices, and your God-given personal guidance system.
You give away every ounce of your internal power, self-love, and self-trust.
You don’t need a psychic medium or a reading to get a hold of your life!
I have been an energy intuitive and spiritual channel most of my life, that will never change. But what I do with those skills has definitely changed. Over the last few years I have grown increasing uncomfortable with the way that I was using those talents to serve humanity.
The more readings I did, the less joy and fulfillment I experienced. I felt out of alignment with myself, my life purpose, and my desire to empower others through transformation and self-growth.
For over 25 years I have started each day with a prayer and intention that all my work be incredibly pure, clean, and clear. I have always wanted to be a direct channel for Truth. And it has been so vitally important to me that my actions and my words be in integrity with Truth and service.
By far, the biggest question of my life has been, “Why do some people heal and others don’t?”
My work has always been in service to this. I’ve assisted others on their path to healing, (or becoming a healer)….whether the solution was physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual.
Gracon channeled the 4 levels of consciousness in healing. He encourages and inspires each and every one of us to expand our awareness into becoming our own best healers. He sent numerous messages on where to put our attention and focus for healing.
Don’t focus on the ailment, he said, focus on loving yourself. Don’t put your attention on “what’s wrong”, he told us, that will only bring you more of the same. He has delivered numerous meditations to help connect us to our own internal, personal guidance system and divinity.
I can’t in good conscience continue to offer medical medium readings, or any other kind of reading for that matter.
You have EVERYTHING you need within to create, claim, and live the life that you desire. This doesn’t mean that you don’t have to clear blocks, obstacles, and fears. You do. But the solution is not outside yourself.
Most people think that my super-power is being able to channel and to see and hear things that they can’t. That isn’t a super-power, anyone can train themselves to do what I did.
My real super-power is that I can see your True self!
I can see your brilliance. I can see how amazing you are-even when you can’t see it or believe in it. I can see your vibrant soul and healthy body. The one that’s trapped by the story of ‘unloveable-not good enough.’
My other super-power is being able to guide and empower people to move from where they are to where they want to go.
Having moved in my own life from pain, illness, and addiction to nurse/healer/author and then successful business owner, and eventually personal development coach/healing mentor/spiritual strategist… I have learned just a few things about how to move through obstacles, fears, and blocks.
Yes, I had many coaches and mentors along the way. But, at each step and milestone, I ultimately had to make choices. I made the decision to love myself, believe in myself and accept 100 % responsibility for my life. I had to choose to create what it is I wanted.
As the stakes got bigger I had to dig deeper.
The more I wanted for myself the deeper I had to go within myself. I had to change my thoughts, examine my core beliefs, re-program my hard-drive, and rejoice in my failures. Yes, there have been plenty of failures. Don’t let anyone who is successful tell you it’s been all sunshine and daisies.
In the last year I found myself growing weary when people expected me to work harder at their lives than they were willing to.
I’ve overheard psychics delivering fear-full messages and advice. I’ve watched healers donate healing sessions to drug addicts after partying and doing drugs at a “rave” party all night before.
I’ve watched practitioners and psychics teach intuitive development classes with all kinds of tools. But students never learned how to look inward and connect with their own divine presence and personal guidance system.
That is out of alignment for me and my prayers, to be a pure channel for good in this world. For those that want to do the real inner work, I am here for you! I know you have it in you to live an extraordinary life. I know that whatever is eating away at you can be healed by YOU!
If you make a choice to shine a light on your discontent, you’ll see the gift of a powerful desire is just underneath the surface.
Most people want a reading to get some kind of reassurance that their worst fear isn’t going to come true. But what if, instead, you face your biggest fears head on? What if you take them out of the shadows and bring them into the light? They are usually a lot smaller than we’ve made them out to be.
The Truth is… You don’t need ANYONE to help you clear blocked energy from your body.
The Truth is you have the ability to reprogram your subconscious mind from negative programming. You have the ability to do that for yourself! If you don’t know how to do it I am happy to teach you. This is my work. This is my Truth.
