5 Energy Healing Tips for Getting Back In Control of Your Health
If your healing journey and path to creating health and well-being have been feeling like a roller-coaster ride, full of up and downs, rest assured, it doesn’t have to be that way.
Generally, you can get control of your health by integrating these energy healing tips to take control of your health and using them daily in your blueprint for healing
1. Take a look at your beliefs.
Firstly, this is at the top of the list for a reason. Healing is 80% mindset and 20% strategy. Say what? Yes, it’s true. If finding, yet another, new modality was the solution, you’d have gotten there already, with mere sweat equity.
Emphatically, doing more, trying harder at what isn’t working is not the solution.
I know that sounds harsh. But, meanwhile, sugar-coating it for you will keep you stuck where you are. I’m here to show you the path to healing--to the next level. (I’ve done it for myself. I’ve done it for others. I can do it for you.)
Indeed, the truth is, we’ve been programmed to not believe in health.
We’ve been programmed to believe in illness. Furthermore, we’ve been programmed to doubt our ability to heal ourselves, and to doubt our body’s wisdom for health.
According to Universal Laws, (they apply to everyone, even if you aren’t aware of them, like the law of gravity), we can only manifest what we experience within us.
If we are consumed by doubt, we cannot create health. It just can’t line up. If we believe that the solution is outside us, and never examine what is within, we cannot come into alignment with health and well-being. Our mindset is getting in the way of uncovering the truth. Our mindset is creating a vibration of dis-ease.
But when we look at our beliefs, (some of them entrenched in old paradigms), and we take action towards creating a new mindset, a new paradigm, then healing can happen quickly. Very quickly.
After 10 years of living in daily chronic pain and illness, when I got my mindset aligned with my actions, healing came quickly. What most people would call a “miracle”
It truly is the key to unlocking the missing piece.
Your body knows how to be healthy. It’s not your fault that you’ve been taught to believe otherwise–by mainstream culture and media.
Focusing your thoughts on what’s wrong, on illness, will bring you more of the same.
Faith and trust in your body and your ability to be healthy are not something you get from the doctor.
For next level results you’ll need to elevate your beliefs. You’ll need to find new mentors and people to hang out with that have done what it is you want to do.
You have to choose that you are indeed capable and going to do it. When you make an unshakeable commitment the solution that is just right for you will miraculously appear. (It’s based on the Universal Law of Vibration.)
Affirm there is a solution, that your body does indeed know how to be healthy, and be steadfast in your thoughts. Developing a healing mindset requires consistent practice.
2. Manage and move energy
Everything in the Universe is made up of energy. Whether you believe it doesn’t matter. Quantum science has proven that all matter in the Universe is energy. The only determination in what we see and experience is the frequency or vibration of that energy.
That’s the good news. In a world where it feels that the pandemic has taken away all sense of control, one thing that hasn’t changed is our ability to move and manage the energy of our mind, thoughts, and body.
This is the one thing we always have control of. If you don’t know how to do this, now is the time to learn.
You can learn to release energy, emotions, and negative patterns that are causing your symptoms. You and you alone, have the ability to transform energy into your natural state of health and well-being.
Therefore, playing an active role in learning how to tune in to your own energy is the first step. It’s how you unlock the missing piece for yourself and become successful at permanent healing.
3. Work with your body, not against it
At the cellular level, symptoms are a sign of an imbalance. Sometimes, our symptoms can be life threatening, and we need emergency sick care to keep us alive.
But when it comes to chronic conditions, which are 90% preventable, the most effective solutions are ones that work with the natural rhythms of our body, (energy).
Most prescription and over-the-counter medications only treat the symptoms. Consequently they do nothing to correct the underlying cause and imbalance.
As we said above, everything is energy. Using the energy of plant medicines, healthy organic foods, and reducing the toxic load on our bodies all work deep within the cells to restore balance and remove the root cause.
These are quick and efficient ways to create health and healing.
4. Be consistent.
Sometimes healing can be very subtle. As a matter of fact, it’s best if this is how it happens. Too often we expect some big magnanimous event to happen. We have come to expect a quick, magic bullet. But in my 25 years working in the wellness industry, I have rarely seen that be the case.
Why do you brush your teeth every day? Because you know that daily oral hygiene will prevent bacteria and tooth decay. You don’t just brush your teeth on the first day of the month and expect that to sustain your dental health. You know you need to be consistent to have continued results,
Too often, people make small improvements, and then stop doing what has actually been helping. They believe it’s not working, because it didn’t happen quickly.
Certainly, Chronic illness doesn’t just appear all of a sudden. It has been building up for some time. A pill and bill medicine has taught us to just quickly bury a symptom.
That does not mean you’ve healed the root cause. Most often it means you’ve put a band-aid on a bullet-wound, without removing the bullet. You know how that’s going to turn out.
Without energy healing tips to take control of your health, just under the surface the cause is still there. Giving your body enough time to course correct is imperative. It’s also why it’s a good idea to work with a mentor or coach to keep you consistent, motivated, and help you through your sticking points when you’re tempted to quit. Don’t quit.
5. Use a multidimensional approach.
We are not one-dimensional beings. We are holographic in our nature…that is what effects each part or piece also affects the whole, and vice versa. The whole of our being, and our health, is affected by every aspect of life.
Our mind, body, spirit, and soul are comingled as divine system of energetic and neural pathways. Also, inputs that affect our emotions and feelings also affect our mind, and ultimately our organ systems.
Using a multi-dimensional approach, that is…one that addresses the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health simultaneously, gives you the greatest opportunity to effect quick and lasting improvement.
Whereas, dropping yourself off on a practitioner’s table once a month so they can “fix you” will only produce limited improvement. You must shift the mindset, beliefs, and energy imbalance that is the core cause of your symptoms. Don’t get me wrong, holistic practitioners are a supportive option at Level 2 of healing awareness, but to get to the next level of health and vitality, you’ll have to take more personal responsibility for the outcome you desire.
Basically, You’ll need to learn new information and apply new tools to reach your goal.
Learn the tools to move, manage, and shift your energy and adjust your mindset to clear the obstacles, blocks, and barriers for yourself is what builds a foundation for being fully self-empowered and learning to trust yourself again- and your ability to facilitate your own healing.
