I'm Martha
Martha Blessing is an author, psychic medical medium, and frequency alignment healer. As a spiritual channel and soul-level healing guide she has been doing this body of work for over 30 years, helping people restore their connection to the wholeness, health, and higher consciousness they were created to live from.
She is the creator and channel of Soul Light Holographic Healing™, a proprietary healing system of coherence transmission that works at the level of the soul blueprint—restoring alignment between soul, body, and spirit so distortions and fragmented patterns can reorganize back into their original order.
Her work does not focus on managing symptoms or surface-level processes.
It addresses the root of misalignment within the soul-body system—where repeating patterns and conditions begin—supporting deep coherence restoration and the return to the system’s natural state of stability, clarity, and wholeness.

Her Background
Prior to stepping into this body of work, Martha spent 25 years as a Registered Nurse, specializing in Hospice care and Alzheimer’s care.
She is also the former owner of the Niagara Ayurveda Wellness Center and New World Gifts — Books and Gifts for Conscious Living.
These early paths laid the groundwork for her deeper mission: helping people dissolve survival-based patterns and return to soul-led way of living their bodies were designed for.
Martha is the author of Healed and Unlimited and the host of The Place to Be Free Podcast.
Her Path
Before fully anchoring Soul Light Holographic Healing®, Martha walked through her own profound healing journey — reversing over a decade of daily chronic pain, terminal cancer, thyroid disease, trauma, and deeply embedded patterns of over-responsibility and self-abandonment.
Her healing did not come from symptom management.
It came from restoring her connection to the higher consciousness and inner truth her body was created to live from.
This lived experience gives her both deep compassion and rare precision in helping others uncover the real root of what’s been blocking their healing and wholeness.
Her Work Today
Martha is a direct spiritual channel in the One Mind field and a channel for the guides known as Gracon.
Within her programs and sessions, she uses her natural-born gifts as a medical medium to help clients uncover the core causes — the mental, emotional, spiritual, and unseen imprints and distortions that underlie illness, pain, depletion, and recurring life patterns.
Through her Light Language Attunements, holographic transmissions, and soul-level guidance, Martha supports people in restoring their body’s natural capacity for health, Christ-conscious living, clarity, and well-being — so they can stop managing symptoms and finally live from the wholeness they were created to embody.
