Energy updates can become disempowering when they teach people to look outside themselves for answers, permission, validation, or predictions about how they should feel. While collective energies, solar activity, and environmental influences may exist, spiritual sovereignty means recognizing that you still choose your response, your focus, your state of being, and what meaning you assign to any experience.

The Hidden Cost of Constant Energy Updates

Many people follow energy updates because they want understanding.

They want reassurance.

They want confirmation that they aren’t imagining what they are feeling.

But there is a subtle shift that can happen.

Instead of using outside information as a reference point, people begin using it as an authority.

They start asking:

What should I expect this week?
Is this a good time to make a decision?
Am I feeling this because of the Schumann Resonance?
Are solar flares causing my symptoms?

Over time, personal discernment can be replaced by dependency on external interpretation.

That is where sovereignty begins to weaken.

“Who cares? I choose the energy. I choose what I’m going to resonate with.”

Spiritual Sovereignty Means Reclaiming Your Agency

A central theme of this episode is that sovereignty is not about denying that energies exist.

It’s about refusing to give those energies authority over your experience.

You can acknowledge:

collective shifts
solar activity
planetary cycles
energetic changes

without surrendering your ability to choose your response.

Spiritual sovereignty asks a different question:

What do I choose to align with?

Instead of waiting for someone else to tell you how the week is going to unfold, you begin consciously participating in your own experience.

Is Creation Working Against You?

One of the strongest themes in this conversation is the idea that many spiritual teachings unintentionally reinforce fear.

The message becomes:

watch out
be careful
prepare for difficulty
expect challenges
the energies are intense

But if creation is fundamentally intelligent and supportive of evolution, then why would we constantly expect attack, disruption, or harm?

This episode challenges the assumption that Source, Earth, solar frequencies, and consciousness evolution are somehow trying to overwhelm us.

Energy updates may reflect one person’s interpretation of collective or energetic conditions. The important question is whether they support greater self-awareness and empowerment or create fear, dependency, and loss of personal agency.

What is the problem with constantly following energy updates?

Can solar flares, planetary events, or collective energies affect people?

Many people report feeling influenced by energetic shifts. However, this episode explores the idea that awareness of energy is different from giving energy authority over your experience.

How do I develop greater spiritual sovereignty?

Developing spiritual sovereignty involves strengthening self-trust, grounding in your own experience, listening to your inner guidance, and becoming conscious of where you may be giving away your power to external voices or predictions.

Or less.

It is about remembering that no forecast, prediction, or energy report has more authority over your experience than you do.

The more you trust your own connection, your own awareness, and your own ability to choose your response, the less likely you are to hand your power away.

ascension because I feel that it is creating a culture that we are going to

shoot out of our bodies and go to another planet. Uh I’m not planning on doing that. I’m planning on staying

here, but I am planning on living as and through this higher frequency and

coherence and consciousness with with oneness, right? with the truth of who we are, having healed that separation,

feeling of separation from source. And so I do see and hear a lot of things in,

you know, social media conversations. So I want to address some of those things today because I really feel that they might keep people stuck.

Part of it part of it is here here’s how I think of it is that it’s not a judgment. If you are someone who you

know if I if I piss you off with this conversation and I trigger something then you are at that frequency and

you’re staying at that frequency where you are and there’s no judgment in that it’s perfectly okay. However, if you are

someone who is wanting to shift in their consciousness, wanting to go to the next level, these are some of the things that may be impeding it. and preventing it.

And here is why I say that. So, one of the first one of the things is uh and I don’t pay a lot of attention to a lot of

things that go on. I’m kind of in the dark about a lot of things. My path through healing multiple things, chronic

daily pain, addiction, fibromyalgia, a rare and curable cancer, hypothyroid, stenosis and pain in the

spine, like multiple multiple things, right? And it has been an advancement.

And then opening to allowing and being public about light language and channeling and how illness is created

and how it’s healed and all of those things. That is my path. That is my purpose. That’s why I am here. And to

help others get out of this physical dense pain body and allow us to actually physically integrate

the frequency of our evolution of our consciousness. So, we’re not shooting off out somewhere, which far too many people are doing.

Using my third eye to go travel somewhere, so to speak, versus staying present in our physical bodies,

allowing ourselves to feel the consciousness. It is a palable feeling.

And as someone who does channel light language, as someone who the the soulate healing holograms were channeled to me

when I had cancer, that was the gift out of my cancer. It was part of my soul’s evolution, right? To be here now doing

this work. One of the things that I see and feel around empaths and sensitives

and energy and integration of that energy is yes, I’m aware of this human resonance. Yes, I’m aware of a lot of frequencies.

There’s one gal that I see on social media and it’s I think mostly every day that she posts and it’s it’s a constant

commentary and like a disclosure an energy update and she speaks to Schuman

resonance and she speaks to hey empath did you get bowled over by this frequency or you know are you spinning

or are you did you feel that like you got hit by a truck. And I appreciate where she’s coming from in helping

5 minutes, 48 seconds

empaths to understand that they’re not crazy and that there’s a lot of energy moving around. However, what Grayson and

the guides have have said every time she comes through my feed is that that is proliferating and continuing to

create fear and to create worry and to create doubt. I’ve been through the integration. It It’s can be intense.

It’s some stuff. It’s some energy.

There’s no question about it. When we leave behind that pain body and everything that we have carried

literally for centuries through through plasma, through

um incarnation, through birth, through the birth process, through karma, right?

We are living I am living, you know, I was in the womb. I’m not a walk-in. I was in the womb. So, I have my mother’s

amniotic fluid. She had her mother’s like, we’re going on centuries

of understanding that that is how ancestral and karmic and cultural imprints can get passed down

continuously. As that heaviness, as that pain, as those karmic and or past lives,

imprints and distortions leave, energy can’t be created or destroyed. It there’s a sensation in the body of that energy leaving and it can be intense.

I’m not going to lie about that. That has been my experience. I am grateful and fortunate in that I have such a

close connection to Grayson and to the other guides and the guardians and Arcturians and other channels that I

have called on them for the last 10 years for what I needed and for the support. And when you understand how

7 minutes, 44 seconds

creation fully works within universal laws, someone who gets on social media every

7 minutes, 52 seconds

day and talks about how intense the energy is and how intense the solar flares are, the thing that Grayson has

said is this is continuing fear. This is she’s in the right place. She means well. She’s not dark. She’s not evil.

But it’s basically going back to that energy and that frequency about we have

something to be afraid of that God source solar codes the energy the earth like it’s all here and it’s screwing us

up and that is not what creation’s intention is. It is not source’s pure

love. So, she’s basically trying to guide people through this and

yet the energy, the back end of it is basically saying, “Wow, did you feel how

intense that was? No, you’re not imagining it.” Blah blah blah blah blah.

And interestingly enough, like I don’t I see this stuff comes through my feed, right? You know, all you got to do is click on it once and you see this stuff.

And the times where I have felt the most energy shifting has never been when

someone was saying that you know the planets are here the planets are there planets a little bit but again the issue that I have so one of the guides that

that channels with me the light language or I channel they channel through meanda channels solar codes

okay it’s it’s frequency it’s solar codes and they specifically go like

straight into our plasma into our water so to speak. She is a frequency

channel of light of love. She helps integrate this higher consciousness through love.

It is never ever in a frequency of, “Oh my god, watch out. I’m going to bowl you

over with these energies.” And when you learn to ground, when you learn to be present and not get caught

up in all of this, I do have a tendency to call it spiritual entertainment.

Again, I know in her heart she means well. She does not see that this is

creating more difficulty because people are believing that they have something to watch out for or that their body

and the guides in God and source are

doing things to us that we can’t prevent and it’s got a negative effect. Make sense? took me a while to get there.

That’s the energy of it. And I and I feel that that is something that we need to again, if you like listening to it,

listen to it. If it helps you, listen to it. I personally feel that it is very disempowering.

And I have felt that for quite a while. And I’ve just kept quiet.

But I’m not keeping quiet anymore because I watch people who follow all this stuff and they don’t get better.

They don’t receive their own agency. They don’t see that creation

is not trying to f them up. And that is something that we need agency for. We we

need to understand. More people need to speak up. There are a lot of people that are very very popular and very well

known and again they do these um you know energy updates every day, every week and they tell you here’s the energy update.

Who cares? I choose the energy I choose what I’m going to

resonate with, what I’m going to come into frequency with, what I’m going to come into coherence with. I am not going

to listen to something or someone else tell me the frequency and the energy

12 minutes, 10 seconds

report. And if they say the sky is blue and you know or sky is purple or the sky is falling or whatever, if you hear that and they plant a seed, that’s creation.

So ask yourself, do you want to continue to create from this place? And one of

the only reasons we would say yes to that is because we do not feel that we

12 minutes, 34 seconds

have our own guides, our own source, our own frequency, our own connection

that is both external and internal cosmic. That’s what holographic is.

That’s what my work in the in the soullight healing holograms. It’s holographic energy. It is creation both ways.

I am creation. I’m in creation. Creation is me. Creation is here. It’s reciprocity. The small and the whole. It

is one. So when creation creates, it’s not trying to hurt me. It’s not

negative. It is pure love. Iranda channeling solar codes and light language. It is pure love. It is here to

serve us. Now we can choose to be in shame. We can choose to be in uh low

13 minutes, 27 seconds

frequencies, low selfworth, abandonment, things like that. We can choose that. And then when those light codes come in, they

basically aren’t going to stay. They aren’t going to they’re going to bounce off or they’ll come in and they’ll be dormant until we are willing to let that

be our truth, right? Till we’ll let it be our truth. So again, I understand the

power and the direction of all of the planets of everything that is happening in our solar system, in our cosmic

system, but only listening to people who tell you that everything is intense and

they’re basically giving you permission or not giving you permission. Oh, this is a good time for this, but it’s not a

14 minutes, 15 seconds

good time for that. No, no. Creation, it is always a good time for whatever it is

14 minutes, 23 seconds

that you want to create. And when you understand the laws of cause and effect and creation, that’s another podcast.

But when you understand that, you will not choose and you will not decide that you need to listen to someone else tell

you how it’s going to go. That’s what the issue with it is with this. someone else is telling you how it’s going to go for you.

No, that’s not empowerment. You’re giving away your agency and your sovereignty. You’re giving it away. And so, you will always be in that

disempowered place. When you are in coherence with 5D consciousness,

there is nothing that anyone says or does that pulls you out of the truth and the knowing of who you are, how you’re creating, and how the universe is

responding. Right? Do you understand that? Pay attention to to what you watch and read and listen to from this

different perspective and ask yourself why are you listening to that? Why are

15 minutes, 32 seconds

you listening to that? What is it that you don’t trust in yourself or don’t believe that you can be or have

or do that makes you feel that you need someone else to predict things for you

versus coming into the alignment and the frequency for yourself and choosing it, right? Choosing it. Thanks so much for
